3Sights are better on...
Sights are better on foot. Lots of information on the headet but was difficult to see what we were looking at as the video was a distraction. Photos were through windows so missed that opportunity to get clear images. Boat was clean, drink pleasant, staff lovely.
2It was not the best boat...
It was not the best boat cruise. We arrived just shy of departure time and there was no room on the top deck. Not one of the employees acknowledged us. We stood to watch the sites. The lower deck had some room but it was quite hot there and enclosed. The lights were pretty but this is too expensive for what you get.
5Must-do experience!
It was wonderful! We opted for the 6.40pm departure, so we had a fantastic view of sunset over the Danube, followed by a dusk that gave way to a gorgeously lit Buda and Pest. The Parliament building was stunning! A must-see when in Budapest. The wine certainly didn’t hurt.
4Nice
Nice experience- headsets for tour in all the languages- beautiful views and nice boat - arrive earlier for good seats
3Spoilt by confusing commentary.
Very comfortable, and great views. Pleasant staff and good drinks. However; the video guide was confusing and didn’t actually match up to where we were.. Lots of comentary on buildings away from the river which wasn’t needed.
5Best way to see all the buildings at night!
Tour is simple. Listen to information on head set. Simple drink brought to you. You are taking the cruise to see the magnificent buildings at night and it’s definitely worth it!! Do thus tour and go eat your dinner in a beautiful restaurant in town!!

About Budapest
Budapest joins hilly Buda and flat Pest across the Danube, a grand capital of thermal baths, riverside palaces and lively ruin bars.
On the Buda side, Castle Hill holds Buda Castle, the Matthias Church and the white turrets of Fishermen's Bastion, all looking down on the river. The Chain Bridge crosses to Pest, where the Hungarian Parliament Building stretches along the bank and St Stephen's Basilica rises a few streets inland. Gellért Hill and its Citadella give the widest views.
Top-ranked sights in Budapest: House of Parliament (Országház), Buda Castle (Budai Vár), Chain Bridge (Széchenyi Lanchid) .
