On the way with some stop-points in "Beshbarmag Dag" (Five-Fingered Mountain). Besh Barmag literally translated as Five Finger Mountain, is in Siyazan District of Azerbaijan, not far from the Caspian Sea. It rises to 382 m above the sea level overlooking the Baku-Quba Highway.
An eye-catching area of vivid pink-and-white striped hills is commonly nicknamed the 'Candy cane Mountains' by Baku expats. Look carefully and you find that the colourful landscape is littered with little fossils. The area is around 15km off the Baku–Quba Hwy east of Giləzi. About Baku
