  • 5Highly Recommended!!!

We had a really great experience on this trip. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the people we met were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our guides took excellent care of us throughout the entire trip. They were attentive, helpful, and always made sure we were comfortable and that everything was going well. We had so much fun and truly enjoyed every part of the experience. It was definitely worth it, and we would happily do it again!

  • 5Amazing experience

Amazing experience and great value for money. The yurt stays were nice and we got to see the local nomad culture. I joined a group of eight people as a solo traveller. It is a good idea to stay couple of days in higher altitudes before the trek as mentioned in the operators instructions. However, I went to the trek without pre-acclimatization and everything ended up well despite the small struggle with high altitudes. The guides were good though it would be nice to have more breaks to actually enjoy the views more.

  • 5An unforgettable trekking experience with Visit Alay!

We had an absolutely incredible experience on the 7-day / 6-night ‘Pamir-Alay Mountains & Lenin Peak Base Camp Trek’ with Visit Alay. We did this trek as a private tour with seven friends, and from the very first contact until the final day, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism. The communication beforehand was clear, responsive, and reassuring. Visit Alay went above and beyond to make this trip possible for us two weeks before the official start of the trekking season, which truly shows their flexibility, commitment, and experience. During the trek, everything was perfectly organized; transport, accommodation, logistics, and guides were all seamless. Our guides were knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring, and we always felt safe and well supported. Even when adjustments were needed, they showed improvisation skills and problemsolving ability, ensuring everything ran smoothly and stress-free. The landscapes were absolutely breathtaking; vast, remote, and unforgettable. Sharing this experience with friends, in such a spectacular environment made it truly special. This trek was a fantastic adventure in an extraordinary landscape and it exceeded all our expectations in every way. A huge thank you to the entire Visit Alay team for making this such a memorable and flawlessly executed experience!

  • 5From Alay to Pamir trekking trip.

The most stunning and unique landscapes I've ever seen. The scenery changed every single day, offering a new and breathtaking view at every turn. It was an incredible experience to stay in a traditional yurt and at Camp One, living the same way as those with their sights set on conquering Lenin Peak. A huge thank you to the staffs who took such great care of me. Their support and guidance were crucial in helping me safely and successfully reach the summit of Yukhin Peak at 5130 meters. It was an accomplishment I'll never forget!

  • 5A must experience for trekking lovers in south Kyrgyzstan

Amazing experience. Trekking in a very remote zone of Kyrgyzstan among majestic mountains, with the cultural experience of local villages and yurtas. Very well organized, super available guides (our guide Ernis and our horsemen Nu Sultan really made all they could to make our experience the most valuable possible and we really appreciated it).

  • 5Authentic Adventure - Alay mountains and Lenin Peak Base Camp

Our trek in Kyrgyzstan was an incredible experience—truly one of a kind! The landscapes were breathtaking, and what made the journey even more special was the authenticity of the experience. Staying with local families in yurts was a highlight: everyone was so welcoming, and we felt completely immersed in the culture. A huge thank you to our guide, Osman. He made sure everything ran smoothly and added so much value to the entire experience. If you're looking for an off-the-beaten-path adventure with real cultural connection and amazing people—this is it. We keep recommending it to everyone we meet on different other treks as we know they will love it in Kyrgyzstan!

Osh lies in the Fergana Valley in the south of Kyrgyzstan, close to the border with Uzbekistan, and is one of the oldest cities in Central Asia, with a history said to reach back some three thousand years.
