The Gobi Desert is a vast, arid northern China and southern Mongolia region. The Gobi is known for its dunes, mountains, and rare animals such as snow leopards, black-tailed deer, marten, lynx, wild cats, antelopes, and two-humped Bactrian camels. The region is especially essential regarding dinosaur fossils from the late Cretaceous period, the last of the three main periods of the dinosaur age, representing dinosaur evolution's final phase. There are lots of exciting things to discover from the Mongolian Gobi. This tour is one of our travelers' best and top-rated tours. Enjoy every moment with us!

About Ulaanbaatar
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia's capital on the Tuul River, is a high, cold city of Buddhist monasteries, Soviet squares and nomadic traditions.
Ulaanbaatar lies at around 1,350 metres in a valley below Bogd Khan mountain, and is among the coldest capitals in the world. It grew from a movable monastery town, and Gandan Monastery, still a working Buddhist centre, holds a tall gilded statue of Avalokiteshvara. Sükhbaatar Square, the central plaza, is dominated by the Government Palace with a large seated statue of Chinggis Khan.
Top-ranked sights in Ulaanbaatar: Genghis Khan Statue Complex (Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex), Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, Zaisan Memorial.
