The bikes are not suitable for people under 165 cm in height and for those who are not used to cycling. For those who do not have a car you can book the shuttle with an extra cost of 10euro per person

  1. After meeting at the Missanega farmhouse and a brief initial briefing, your Guide will guide you along the first leg of the tour with panoramic views of Monterosso and explanation of the secrets behind the production of Cinque Terre wine

  2. In addition to being a place of worship and of fundamental importance for Monterossini, this sanctuary will allow you to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view! Here the words of the Guide will transport you to distant times, where the roots of these villages set in the green

  3. Along the coast you will cycle alongside flowers, fragrant bushes typical of the Mediterranean scrub, enjoying a top view of all the Cinque Terre, its vineyards, olive groves and terraces overlooking the sea.

  4. We will end the tour at the farm with a small aperitif with local products, fresh and genuine, to immerse ourselves in the traditional flavors of the place. You can sip a glass of Cinque Terre wine sitting on the terrace of the farm and taste cold cuts and cheeses from the Val di Vara, focaccia, pesto, oil and honey produced by the farm.

The Cinque Terre are five colourful fishing villages strung along the steep Ligurian coast, linked by trails, trains and boats above the sea.

The Cinque Terre are Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore, five villages on a rugged stretch of the Ligurian coast in north-west Italy.
