1. Visit the Wine Estate and Cafe, sample the Wines and local cheese. Eighteen Acre Restaurant Our Eighteen Acre Restaurant has a stunning viewing balcony overlooking our beautiful vineyard, all set in the heart of the Sussex countryside. We serve exceptional quality dishes from menus expertly crafted by our Executive Chef. Eighteen Acre Café and Wine Bar Our Eighteen Acre Café is the perfect place to enjoy delicious cakes, pastries, sandwiches and charcuterie boards and catch up with friends and family over a glass of our award-winning wine. From Thursdays to Saturdays we open our Café as a Wine Bar in the evenings serving delicious charcuterie boards and wine flights. No booking required for Café and Wine Bar.

2. Visit the Bolney Distillery and sample some of the Handcrafted Artisan Sussex Spirits. Our first releases win 3 stars at the Great Taste and two medals at IWSC In our first official release in 2019 we launched two Brandies and one Grape Spirit and entered them into Great Taste Awards and International Wine and Spirits Challenge (IWSC). Our clear Grape Spirit was made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes providing plum and dark fruits whilst our Brandy was made from Chardonnay, one aged in English Oak barrels which gave Honeysuckle and Caramel notes in between an Armagnac and Calvados, the other aged with Oak from old Cognac barrels, giving Crème Brule and Sultanas with Oak and Vanilla similar to a VS Cognac. We were fortunate to win two Great Taste Awards and two medals at IWCS for our 2019 Vintages.

3. Vist The Cider Tap Room and sample the Sussex ciders, pizzas also available. The UK's 1st dedicated Cider Taproom Set amongst our 200 acre farm and orchards our stunning Taproom & Pizza Kitchen is open Wednesday - Sunday and is honestly the best place to enjoy one of our ciders in the sun alongside a tasty handmade Pizza! Try our range of Wobblegate Ciders plus other amazing guest ferments and local brews. Explore a Cider Flight, quench your thirst on a session, or share a bottle of fine cider with friends.

About Brighton

Brighton, on the Sussex coast, is a lively seaside city of pebble beach, Regency architecture, a pier and narrow shopping lanes.

Brighton grew from a fishing village into a fashionable resort in the eighteenth century, and in the early nineteenth the Prince Regent, later George IV, rebuilt his seaside villa as the Royal Pavilion, an Indian-style palace with domes and minarets over an interior in Chinese taste. Palace Pier, which opened in 1899, stretches out over the sea with arcades and rides, and the pebble beach, lined with deckchairs and cafés, runs below the seafront promenade.
