Our clear Grape Spirit was made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes providing plum and dark fruits whilst our Brandy was made from Chardonnay, one aged in English Oak barrels which gave Honeysuckle and Caramel notes in between an Armagnac and Calvados, the other aged with Oak from old Cognac barrels, giving Crème Brule and Sultanas with Oak and Vanilla similar to a VS Cognac. About Brighton

Brighton, on the Sussex coast, is a lively seaside city of pebble beach, Regency architecture, a pier and narrow shopping lanes.

Brighton grew from a fishing village into a fashionable resort in the eighteenth century, and in the early nineteenth the Prince Regent, later George IV, rebuilt his seaside villa as the Royal Pavilion, an Indian-style palace with domes and minarets over an interior in Chinese taste. Palace Pier, which opened in 1899, stretches out over the sea with arcades and rides, and the pebble beach, lined with deckchairs and cafés, runs below the seafront promenade.

Top-ranked sights in Brighton: Devil’s Dyke, Royal Pavilion, Brighton Dome.
