1. Departure from the hotel. We take the national route N°3 that runs through part of the Fueguina mountain range.

   40 min

2. We arrive at the Nunatak cabin, located in the winter center Husky Park, in the Greater Land Valley. Here you can use the toilets and the guide will give the directions for the walk. Then we started the trekking.

   20 min

3. We arrived at the Emerald Lagoon after walking 2 hours. There we will have 1 hour to have lunch on the banks of it and rest appreciating a unique and wonderful landscape. Once the break is over we will return to the Nunatak cabin which will take us two hours.

4. We arrive at the Nunatak cabin, where we will have time to use the toilets.

   20 min

5. Finally, we begin our return to the hotel after an intense and unforgettable day.

About Ushuaia

Ushuaia, on the Beagle Channel in Tierra del Fuego, is often called the southernmost city in the world, a port ringed by snowy peaks.

Ushuaia sits on a narrow shelf between the Beagle Channel and the Martial mountains, in the Argentine half of Tierra del Fuego. It began as a mission and later became a penal colony, and the old prison, now a museum, tells that story alongside the maritime history of the far south. Painted houses climb the slope, and the harbour is where expedition ships leave for Antarctica.
