Itinerario
Start your adventure with a 6:00 AM pickup from your hotel in Leh and drive through Ladakh’s rugged mountains towards Pangong Tso Lake.
Upon arrival around 11:00 AM, explore the beautiful Pangong Lake, one of the highest and most famous lakes in the world. Enjoy free time to walk along the shore, relax, and capture stunning photographs of the turquoise waters. Around 1:00 PM, stop for lunch at a nearby local restaurant (own expense). Continue sightseeing around the lake and visit the famous 3 Idiots movie point, where you can see the yellow scooter used in the film.
In the late afternoon around 4:00 PM, start your drive back to Leh. You will reach your hotel around 8:00 PM, bringing your Pangong Lake day trip to a pleasant end.

About Leh
Leh, the main town of Ladakh high in the Himalaya, is a Buddhist trading centre with a hilltop palace, monasteries and desert mountain scenery.
Leh stands at about 3,500 metres in the Indus Valley, with bare brown mountains around it and snow ranges behind. The nine-storey Leh Palace, built in the 17th century in the style of the Potala in Lhasa, overlooks the old town, and the Namgyal Tsemo monastery crowns the ridge above it. The Shanti Stupa, a white-domed peace pagoda, has views across the valley.
