Fujikawaguchiko stretches along the northern shore of Lake Kawaguchi and includes parts of Lakes Saiko, Shojiko and Motosu, which are among the Fuji Five Lakes. Mount Fuji, 3,776 metres high, fills the southern sky, and on still days its cone is reflected in the water. The mountain and its surroundings are a World Heritage cultural site.
