We will teach you how to survive a full on attack using your mindset and a set of unique easy to follow principles. We supply training for civilians as well as military, police, security, NHS & emergency staff. Cross Krav Maga principles have been pressure tested by our highly trained instructors to ensure they work for anyone including males and females regardless of their size and fitness . We have a no ego policy throughout all our classes, which means you get to train in a safe friendly environment. Age 16-65yrs What to wear: Loose T-shirt, Gym clothing, trainers.

About Brighton
Brighton, on the Sussex coast, is a lively seaside city of pebble beach, Regency architecture, a pier and narrow shopping lanes.
Brighton grew from a fishing village into a fashionable resort in the eighteenth century, and in the early nineteenth the Prince Regent, later George IV, rebuilt his seaside villa as the Royal Pavilion, an Indian-style palace with domes and minarets over an interior in Chinese taste.
