Cross Krav Maga principles have been pressure tested by our highly trained instructors to ensure they work for anyone including males and females regardless of their size and fitness . We have a no ego policy throughout all our classes, which means you get to train in a safe friendly environment. Age 16-65yrs What to wear: Loose T-shirt, Gym clothing, trainers.

About Brighton
Brighton, on the Sussex coast, is a lively seaside city of pebble beach, Regency architecture, a pier and narrow shopping lanes.
