Catch and Cook, As the name suggests, is an experience where you will have the opportunity, with the help of our instructors, to learn how to catch and cook the richest thing our Ria Formosa has to offer, the delicious seafood. To whet your appetite, there's nothing like choosing one of the three nautical activities we have at your disposal: Surfing, Stand-up Paddle (SUP), or kayaking.

About Faro
Faro is the capital of Portugal's Algarve, a small walled old town beside the Ria Formosa lagoon, with sandy barrier islands a short boat ride away.
Faro is built around a marina and an old town enclosed by walls, entered through the neoclassical Arco da Vila. Inside, quiet lanes lead to the cathedral and to the Carmo Church, whose Chapel of Bones is lined with the skulls and bones of monks. The city feels more local than the resorts along the coast.
