Enjoy a relaxing hike through the picturesque countryside, where nature already calms with its presence. We make conscious stops to find ourselves and learn to feel ourselves again. Under the guidance of the professional guide, conscious breathing exercises, energy work and mindfulness practices are performed. After the hike you can swim in the refreshing spring water at the waterfall or just cool off.. Enjoying the peaceful surroundings and finding a small piece of yourself is the aim of this event. Additional services such as treasure hunts for children's birthdays or swimming games are available on request.
