Sushi Making Cooking Class at a Local Venue in Orlando

Chef Uju brings the sushi vibes to a local venue for a hands-on culinary experience with a relaxed, social twist. You'll kick things off by learning how to prep and season sushi rice, followed by an intro to knife skills and ingredient prep. Then, it’s time to roll! Create three classic sushi rolls — California, veggie, and spicy tuna — with step-by-step guidance and plenty of room to get creative. Enjoy your fresh-made sushi surrounded by fun company. Whether you're flying solo or coming with friends, it's a deliciously unique way to spend an evening.
