There is no strict route here as sailing depends on the wind but islands Solta, Brac and Ciovo will reward you with their pristine nature and wild beauty, visibility in Adriatic can be up to 30 meters. Split is een drukke Dalmatische havenstad rond het paleis van een Romeinse keizer, met veerboten naar enkele van Kroatiës mooiste eilanden.

Het Diocletianuspaleis, rond de eeuwwisseling van de vierde eeuw gebouwd als pensioenverblijf van de keizer, is de oude stad zelf: achter de muren, kelders en binnenplaatsen bevinden zich woningen, winkels en cafés.
