Hoogtepunten

Forget cooking demos—get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of Italian baking! In this 100% hands-on experience, you won't just watch a chef; you will actively participate in every single step of the preparation from scratch.First, you’ll learn the secrets to the perfect dough as you stretch and top your own Roman-style 'Pizza in Teglia' (pan pizza), famous for its crispy bottom and airy crust. Next, we will bake a golden, fragrant traditional Focaccia, mastering the dimpling technique and seasoning it with fresh rosemary and olive oil. To top off this culinary journey, you will craft the ultimate Italian dessert: a classic Affogato al Caffè, balancing the rich warmth of fresh espresso with creamy gelato. Bring your appetite, your creativity, and get ready to enjoy the most delicious meal of your trip—made entirely by you!

About Rome

Top-ranked sights in Rome: Colosseum, Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel.
