Enjoy a wine tasting of the famous wine "Sciacchetrà," a typical DOC wine from Cinque Terre vineyards. The driver will be waiting in Monterosso, to pick you up and drive back to Pisa, where you will stop in "Miracle Field", the most famous square with the "Leaning Tower," the Duomo and the Baptistery. The vehicle used is a Mercedes van which can hold up to 8 passengers for a full-day private excursion.

  1. After the meeting at the car parking, ( you will take the free shuttle bus from the ship to the parking place where you will find your driver holding a sign with your name on it), we will drive to Pisa.

About Pisa

Pisa is a Tuscan city on the Arno, famous for its Leaning Tower and for the white marble cathedral, baptistery and cemetery that stand around it.

In the Piazza dei Miracoli, a broad lawn at the north end of the old town, four white marble buildings stand together: the cathedral, the baptistery, the cemetery known as the Camposanto and the Leaning Tower, which is the cathedral's bell tower. Building began in 1173, and the tower started to lean before it was finished because it stands on soft ground. Engineers stabilised it at the end of the 20th century.
