Alongside a bilingual local guide, you will experience Okinawa’s vibrant food culture up close and see the fresh local ingredients firsthand. Back in the kitchen, you’ll learn how to cook authentic Okinawan dishes, from classic Goya Champuru to Rafute (braised pork belly). At the end of the class, sit down together to enjoy the delicious feast you’ve prepared! Afterward, you’ll receive digital recipe cards, so you can easily recreate the rich flavors of Okinawa back home. With a small group limited to a maximum of 12 guests, this cozy class offers a genuine cultural exchange and a deeper connection to the island’s rich and tasty culinary traditions.
