You can see Buffalo, Warthog, Elephants, etc. and then continue as a steady climb through montane forest. You can have your lunch at the famous “Fig tree”. After lunch the trek continues through less dense forest, where there are a lot of birds and monkeys including the black and white Colobus.

About Moshi
Moshi is een vriendelijk marktstadje op de lagere hellingen van de Kilimanjaro, de belangrijkste uitvalsbasis om de hoogste berg van Afrika te beklimmen.
De besneeuwde top van de Kilimanjaro torent op heldere ochtenden boven de stad uit, en Moshi is waar de meeste klimmers zich voorbereiden en later feestvieren.
