Fun Sushi Making Class at a Local Brewery in Orlando

Skip takeout and discover how satisfying homemade sushi can be in a fun Orlando brewery setting. This approachable cooking class walks you through every step of creating California rolls and veggie hand rolls, whether you've never rolled sushi before or just want to sharpen your skills. You'll begin by seasoning sushi rice and learning how to prepare your workstation before layering fresh crab, avocado and cucumber onto nori. Practice rolling tight, even sushi rolls, then slice them into picture-worthy pieces. After that, make veggie hand-rolls into crisp cones packed with bold flavor. You'll build confidence with sushi rice preparation, ingredient placement, knife work and rolling techniques that are easy to recreate at home. Between the fresh flavors, casual atmosphere and hands-on fun, you'll leave with new kitchen skills and proof that store-bought sushi finally has some competition.
