5Wonderful Tour. Worth paying for the smaller size.
The small group was perfect. We had great interactions with both the van guide and the winery guides. Overall a very personal experience.
5Absolutely a Must Do!!!
This day could not have been more perfect! What a special treat with Andres as our guide for the day! Easy and scenic drive out to first winery where we sat outside and had a most lovely breakfast. Andres walked us through the olive oil and through the store the telling us about all the local food and traditions. The wine was presented and we were able to enjoy with breakfast. It was really cool learning about the co-ops. The second winery was a real treat - the compound and surrounding vineyards were massive. We got to see the whole cool production line. Most wineries I've been to in states are either too small or too big to show this off so that was really cool to see. Great tasting with the staff and was so happy to take a bottle home with us! I only wish I could have shippedore home! Andres was a great guide with lots of local geography knowledge that was fun to learn! Definitely must do in Girona!!

The two guides were lovely abd very informative The locations they brought us to were wonderful . We learned an exceptional amount . It’s very well planned -And a worthwhile excellent experience

Absolutely wonderful tour! Our family had the most special morning spent with our guide at the wine tastings! Couldn’t recommend this tour enough. We tasted delicious local wines, took in the beautiful Girona region views and learned so much.

The Girona Experience Tours were great! My grandmother and I actually did 4 different tours! The guides and experiences were all so amazing!! Carme and Dylan were great!!
5Amazing wine tour
We had such an amazing time visiting Empordàlia cellar and Terra Remota. Kim was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable on the local wines. We tried 4 wines at the first stop and 9 at the second. All great wines. We loved the Catalan breakfast. Loved the tour of Terra Remota and learning about the wine making process. Highly recommend this tour.

About Girona
Girona, in Catalonia, is a compact medieval city of stone lanes, a Jewish quarter and coloured houses on the Onyar River, inland from the Costa Brava.
Girona rises on a hill above the Onyar River, with tall coloured houses hanging over the water along the bank, a view photographed from the Eiffel Bridge, built by Gustave Eiffel's workshop. Above them, a stairway of ninety steps climbs to the cathedral, whose single Gothic nave is among the widest in the world. The old city walls can be walked for views over the rooftops.
