Petra is originally Togolese and is currently working in the IT sector in Budapest. Her love for food and cooking began early, when she assisted her mother in the kitchen as a child. Togolese cuisine has characteristics of many Western African cuisines, with an additional influence of German and French cuisines. Staple foods include plantain, beans, yam, millet and rice. She is very excited to share her passion, food and recipes with travelers from around the world.
