Departure from the tourist port of Vieste and possibility of reaching Baia delle Zagare. During the route you will be able to admire all the wonders that characterize our coast including the Vieste lighthouse, Pizzamunno, ancient Vieste (La Ripa), Arco di San Felice, head of the Gargano, Bay of Campi, Bay of Portogreco, Pugnochiuso, Bay of Vignanotica. About Vieste
Vieste is a whitewashed town on a headland at the tip of the Gargano promontory in Puglia, with sea caves, cliffs and forest behind.
Vieste sits on a rocky spur at the eastern tip of the Gargano, the spur of Italy's boot, with the Adriatic on three sides. Its old town is a tangle of steep white lanes and stairs above the sea, with a Romanesque cathedral, a castle built under Frederick II and houses that overlook the water. Pizzomunno, a tall white limestone pillar, rises from the beach beside the old town and is the subject of a local love legend.
