6. After admiring the gems of the City of Arts and Sciences, we will take our Segways to the Sea Port. The port itself is the 5th busiest seaport in Europe, and although a lot of ships are loaded and unloaded at the port, you will experience that observing the hustle and bustle has a calming effect in the moonlight. Valencia’s generous promenade and the wide Malvarossa beach are situated next to the Sea Port. Numerous restaurants serve fish and Tapas and fill the air with the typical Mediterranean smell. The sound of the sea makes you wish you would never have to leave the place. You will see and feel it, at night, the beach and the harbor are unwrapping their certain kind of magic!

  Tons of fun and very interesting sites to see around the city. Bo was an awesome tour guide! Very informative. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable! We had a great time!

• 5David did a great job...

  David did a great job looking after us on the segways. They are ideal for stopping at historical sites in the old city and also zipping several kilometers along europe's longest park to see the very modern opera house and associated buildings. Thank you David and Segway Anyway Valencia.

• 2Disappointing Customer Service

  My husband sprained his ankle during a night tour in Barcelona the day before this tour. We did our best to patch him up, but by the morning, the swelling was too much for him to participate. I contacted the tour company a few hours before our scheduled tour to explain the situation. I completely understood that it was last-minute, but I was hoping they might offer some type of refund, even a partial one, given the circumstances. Unfortunately, they declined. Instead, they offered me the option to join a Segway tour the next time I’m in Valencia - which, realistically, will likely never happen. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility or compassion given the unexpected injury. I would have appreciated a little more understanding and customer consideration in this situation. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because they responded quickly to my message.

• 5The perfect way to see the city, do NOT miss it!!!

  We are generally big segway fans, but Valencia is the perfect city to use it! Our guide (Santiago) was fantastic and very flexible as we wanted to see the beach, which was not part of the tour. This is a MUST experience in Valencia and it's worth booking 3 full hours to see the most of it (there are a lot)!!!

  We told Santiago where we had been before and what were we looking fir and he tailored the whole experience accordingly. Gave us a few tips of things to try and drinks to have, and where to get them too. He was excellent

• 3Good way to see parts of Valencia

  Thw tour was good, but instead of 3 full hours, it ended up being only 2 hours (practice time was not supposed to be part of the tour time). The tour felt rushed. We had booked a morning tour to avoid crowded streets, but due to a guide issue, we got pushed back to 1pm, when the crowds were out. I understand that things like this can happen. The disappointment was simply that the tour was reduced by 1/3 for an unknown reason so we did not get the full tour that we paid for.
