About João Pessoa
João Pessoa, the capital of Paraíba, is a green Atlantic city on Brazil's easternmost point, with long beaches, a baroque convent and warm natural pools.
João Pessoa is among the oldest cities in Brazil, founded in 1585 near the mouth of the Paraíba River.
