In evidenza
Cooking in Syracuse near Ortigia gets practical in Teresa’s home, where a small-group class capped at five travelers focuses on three seasonal Sicilian dishes made with local ingredients. Work together as you would for a family meal, learning to knead, roll, and shape fresh pasta while hearing about local products. Teresa, born and raised in Syracuse, leads the lesson, and local wine and water accompany the meal. Vegetarian recipes are available upon request.
