This interactive experience allows you to milk and feed goats, creating two traditional cheeses—malaka and mizithra. While waiting for the mizithra to set, indulge in a tasting of Gruyère and Anthotyros, uncovering the rich history and myths surrounding Cretan cheese. Conclude your journey with the freshly made cheese paired with local meze and raki, making for a truly authentic Cretan culinary adventure.
