The Whole Shee(p) Bang - Private, 10 mins south of Kettering

Step inside the world of Hartshorn Distillery and Grandvewe Cheeses for an experience found nowhere else in Australia. What sets this tour apart is the rare opportunity to witness a complete “teat‑to‑tipple” journey—an intimate, behind‑the‑scenes look at how an unexpected byproduct of cheesemaking is transformed into globally awarded vodka and gin. Unlike standard distillery or farm tours, this experience brings you directly into the creative heart of two pioneering, family‑run businesses. You’ll meet the makers, explore the craft from paddock to palate to bottle, and discover the bold, rule‑breaking innovation that defines the Hartshorn and Grandvewe story. It’s a celebration of flavour, sustainability, and the black‑sheep spirit that turns traditional processes on their head. This is not just a tasting—it’s an immersion into artistry, ingenuity, and the passion that has put this tiny Tasmanian distillery on the world stage.
