This yoga center is situated across from the Boudhanath-Stupa and is taught by a professional yoga instructor. This program is a half-day event that will instruct you on aspects of yoga so you can continue in these wonderful disciplines. It will renew and rejuvenate you in a totally holistic way as nothing else can.
