1. Our accredited guides will pick-up all parties and begin the 45 minute long scenic drive to the Chena Hotsprings Resort. Upon arrival, you'll be shown around the resort while the tour group waits for the Ice Museum start-time. After the museum, you'll have the option to enjoy dinner in the resort restaurant, eat food you've brought in the Activity Center, shop around the gift shops or soak in the pools. Once the group is back together, he/she will begin the drive back and drop-off each party at their original pick-up location.

About Fairbanks

Fairbanks, in Alaska's interior, is a river town on the Chena, a gateway to the Arctic with long summer days, winter auroras and gold-rush history.

Fairbanks lies in the broad Tanana Valley of interior Alaska, on the Chena River, roughly 200 kilometres south of the Arctic Circle. It began as a trading post in 1901 and boomed after gold was found nearby in 1902; its mining past is shown at Pioneer Park, with its old buildings and sternwheeler. The University of Alaska Fairbanks is home to the Museum of the North, with Alaska Native art and natural history.
