5Would book again
We throughly enjoyed our full day rafting trip. Are guides were Carter & Lawerence. Their knowledge & experience was exceptional. Even with the low level of the river it was exciting.
5Royal Gorge Rafting
This was super fun! Our guide, Carter, was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about the Gorge. We went for the full day with a lunch break which was very good. We were split into three boats, which I prefer because it’s not too crowded.
5One for the books!
We had the most amazing experience! It had been many years since I'd been white water rafting. My kids had never been. They absolutely LOVED it. Our guide was Kyle. Kyle was incredible. We talked with him the whole time. He knew so much about the area, the history of the river and things we would see. He was an absolute WEALTH of knowledge. These guides work so hard to get us through safely. The company we booked through is a family owned and operated venture and we love that too! Great little shop to pick up a few last things...or some Lost Paddle swag. Good designs! We also had lunch provided since we did the full day. It was delicious. Fresh sandwiches, you can assemble yourself, fruit, granola bars, chips etc. It was just want you want during a long day of rafting. Thanks to everyone for helping make our summer trip a very memorable one.

5Great for active experience seekers!
Lawrence is a great guide! He instructed our crew to navigate nearly 40 rapids on our full day trip down the river. He informed us of the history of the canyon and pointed out sights including flora and fauna. This was our first family trip whitewater rafting, had individually rafted other rivers before, and definitely the most intense rapids we’ve experienced.
5Book FULL DAY with Lost Paddle!
We were a group of 4 that took on the full day rafting trip! Our guide was Lawrence. What an incredible experience. To start, we were given a run down on how the day would go at the shop. We were able to change there and leave any valuables that we didn’t want on the river or in the car. Wetsuits are available but depending on when you go, you won’t need them. Life jackets and helmets were given and adjusted for each person. Bus ride was quick and informative with all of the info needed to have a successful day. Jokes were solid as well! A really fun group of staff! Lawrence went over all safety with us at the river and then we were off. I highly recommend booking for the full day. The second half of the river (half day experience) can be pretty intense so having the first half was a great way to get warmed up and get used to the feeling of navigating the raft. Also more options to swim in the water! We saw first hand just how knowledgeable the entire staff is when it comes to the area, river safety, and just anything river! You also have the option for a photo package at the end from the river! I cannot recommend Lost Paddle enough. Thank you to everyone on the team for an unforgettable experience.
