• 4You don’t get to see the...

  You don’t get to see the inside of many of the rooms unless you take the actual tour. When you do the self guided tour, you are limited

  I loved my Queen Mary self tour but also had a mini one with Tristen. Turned out I was the only one at that timeout was like a private tour. Got to see the art museum and other places. I learned so much and was glad I went,

• 5A pleasant lovely tour and lunch. Service food ambiance superb.

  We did a self guided tour waiting for our lunch reservation at Cafe. Excellent walking through this treasure Long Beach California has.

• 4A look into the past

  Kids love ships and though this would be a nice view of an ocean liner. Kids lived seeing the bridge and exploring the decks and engine room. There was a lot of traffic due to a cruise leaving that day.

• 5AMAZING SUNDAY BRUNCH AND HISTORICAL EXPERIENCE

  Well worth the trip and cost. The Sunday brunch is amazing with various food stations for you to enjoy to your hearts desire . It is buffet Style but with full table service by polite and attentive staff. The brunch includes your admission to self-tour the ship and they will validate parking for you with your receipt. Very interesting and heartwarming history of what the ship was used for. The ship not only has dining and special events but it also is a hotel which appears to be popular for guests who are cruising on a nearby cruise ship such as carnival cruise lines

• 4Must see in Long Beach

  Value for money and lots to see. Some of the rooms were not viewable which was a shame. Interestingly, The X Files episode Triangle was filmed on the Queen Mary.

Long Beach is a coastal city in Los Angeles County with a historic ocean liner, an aquarium, a busy port and a long sandy shoreline.

Long Beach sits on San Pedro Bay about thirty kilometres south of downtown Los Angeles, a port city with a long beachfront, a downtown waterfront and a busy arts scene. The Queen Mary, an ocean liner of the 1930s, is moored permanently in the harbour, and the Aquarium of the Pacific, beside Rainbow Harbor, is home to sea otters, sharks and jellyfish. Pine Avenue downtown has shops and restaurants.
