During the lesson, the local home cook will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. About Bergamo
Bergamo is a Lombard city in two halves: a walled upper town on a hill with Venetian ramparts and a modern lower town beneath.
Bergamo's old Città Alta sits on a hill above the plain, ringed by the long Venetian walls, a World Heritage Site, and reached from the lower town by a funicular.
