1. We will start the tour looking for passengers in the central accommodations

2. The first place to visit will be a traditional olive tree located in Maipu. There you will know about the production process and taste different products

3. At the end of the visit in the olive grove we will go to visit 3 wineries in the area of Maipu known as "the cradle of wine and olive". These 3 small regional wineries (Corbel, Esencia, Viña El Cerno) and of little production will receive us to show us their ways of elaboration. We will taste in each place at least 3 wines! In the last cellar we will make a 4-step lunch paired with wines. Vegetarian option. Option for coeliacs and vegans please give 48 hours notice.

4. At the end of lunch we will return to the city. Depending on traffic, the travel time from the warehouse to dropping passengers off at their accommodation is 1 hour.

About Mendoza

Mendoza is a wine city of tree-lined avenues and irrigation channels on a dry plain, with the high Andes rising to the west.

Mendoza was largely rebuilt after the earthquake of 1861, which is why its streets are wide and its squares open. Plane trees shade the pavements, watered by old irrigation channels called acequias. Plaza Independencia sits at the centre with four smaller squares around it, and the great Parque General San Martín climbs to the Cerro de la Gloria, a monument with a view over the city.
