Itinerario

1. Our base is in the small village of Slatine on the island of Ciovo. You can reach us: -By car (10 minutes from Trogir and 35 minutes from Split) -By ferry (30 minutes from Trogir or from Split) - by organized transport Your adventure begins with half an hour of training and a test drive.

2. The drive starts with the departure from the base through the village to the top of the hill where we pass through the panoramic landscapes of the island and the coast. We stop occasionally to rest and take photos.

3. After the mountain ride, we descend to the southern coast of the island and visit the monastery of Our Lady of Prizidnica from the 16th century, which is located on the southern cliffs of the island.

4. After that, we continue to the easternmost part of the island, where the view reaches the entire Kaštela Bay and the city of Split.

5. We continue our journey in the direction of the town where we pass by the beautiful beaches of the island of Čiovo and then continue driving to the viewpoint with a short break and taking photos.

6. The return to the base follows through the center of the beautiful fishing village of Slatine.

  Hosts were patient taking plenty of time to explain everything, knowledgeable of the terrain, all equipment was provided, vehicles well maintained, free refreshments before during and after, a fantastic activity with fantastic hosts

  I had an amazing experience on the quad tour! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views throughout the entire ride. I highly recommend this quad tour to anyone looking for adventure, stunning views, and excellent guides. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

• 5Quad tour of Ciovo

  What a great trip from start to finish. The venue was a minute walk from the ferry at Slatine harbour which is how we arrived from Trogir. Branka and Ivo were thoroughly charming professional true locals. We were met with drinks and a chat before heading out on a fantastic two and a half hours of scenic views and a wealth of local knowledge. We learnt so much about the area, it's people and some of the local customs. To finish we caught the bus back to Trogir as the bus stop was 50m from the venue. All in all I would highly recommend this tour, it's hard to imagine anyone not having a great time.

• 5ATV Quad Tour on Island Čiovo

  We got the ferry from Trogir to Slatine harbour which is a stones throw from the quad bike experience. The hosts were such a lovely, truly local couple, who made us very welcome from the start. The ride was excellent, providing viewpoints that you wouldn't find ordinarily. We learnt so much about the local area, history and culture from our hosts the time just flew by. One of our party was a little nervous about going, but by the end we had all had a wonderful time. To return to Trogir we used the local bus with the bus stop being 50m or so from the activity. Great memories and something we would all do again without hesitation.

• 5Fantastic ATV tour of Ciovo

  Our hosts Branka and Ivor looked after us so well. They were friendly and helpful providing a full safety briefing combined with instructions as to how to operate the quad bike. They led us up to the top of the island stopping for photo breaks and to check everyone was okay. They were brilliant hosts, kind and knowledgeable about the local history and culture. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were superb in every way. If you are looking for brilliant local guides passionate about what they do, then you will not be disappointed.

About Čiovo

Čiovo, an island joined to Trogir by a bridge, is a long Dalmatian island of stone villages, coves and olive groves facing the old town.

Čiovo is an island in central Dalmatia, about fifteen kilometres long, linked by a bridge to Trogir, whose old town stands on a small island in the channel. Villages of stone houses, among them Arbanija, Okrug Gornji, Okrug Donji, Slatine and Žedno, lie along the coast. Olives, figs, almonds and vines grow in the sheltered parts, and pebble coves line the shore.
