Cocoa Beach is a surf town on Florida's Space Coast, a barrier-island strip between the Atlantic and the Banana River, close to Kennedy Space Center.
Cocoa Beach occupies a barrier island on Florida's Atlantic coast, with the ocean on one side and the Banana River lagoon on the other, east of Orlando.
