Sylva gave us a nice 3 hour tour of the beautiful city! She was knowledgeable about the history of the landmarks and her personal experience and stories of the time added to the tour! What a beautiful little city!!

It was a wonderful, informative, and fun time with someone who has lived in Cesky Krumlov her whole life. She was very engaging and passionate to share her beautiful city with us. She took us off the beaten path to small alleyways and private overlooks that showed us the city from a truly different perspective. We would highly recommend her to others who plan to visit Cesky Krumlov.

5An Absolute Must!
We had a wonderful 3-hour, private walking tour with Eszter! She is so knowledgeable and is a fount of information about Cesky Krumlov and the surrounding area/countries; we learned so much about the history of this amazing town. The pace was perfect! Eszter is engaging and has a great sense of humor. We certainly would have missed out on a number of things if we hadn't taken this tour. We highly recommend booking Eszter well before your travel to Cesky Krumlov for a tour on the first or second day of your stay.

Český Krumlov is a medieval town in a tight bend of the Vltava in South Bohemia, with a huge castle, red-roofed lanes and a UNESCO-listed old centre.
Český Krumlov is wrapped in a tight loop of the Vltava river in South Bohemia, with a castle on a rock above red-roofed medieval lanes. The old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the castle, the second largest in the Czech Republic after Prague Castle, is a chain of courtyards crowned by a painted round tower. It has an eighteenth-century Baroque theatre with its original stage machinery, and brown bears have long lived in the dry moat.
