4. We start the tour from the beach in Sosua, where the crew and a 75 feet catamaran is waiting for you. During the morning you will have an opportunity to discover the underwater world of Dominican Republic. We will make two stops at different reefs, where you are able to snorkel or go for a swim and refresh yourself. Snorkel gear and snorkel vest will be provided. After the snorkeling we will put up the main sail and sail along the coast. Lunch will be served and open bar.

  While the snorkeling is okay, the crew and their service was amazing. 2nd time, coming back for a 3rd.

  Everything was just like I thought it would be. The canopy provides plenty of shade. I was worried about getting sun burned because I'm super white, but I didn't even get a little burnt.

  Staff was awesome. Relaxing and enjoyable. Swim time was good but the trip between Sosúa and Puerta Plata was awesome and relaxing

  Electro catamaran snorkel safari in Bonaire is the best sailing and snorkeling that we have experienced. The excursion goes to 2 great locations. The coral and fish are superb. The crew was experienced and very helpful. The catamaran was beautiful….large, well maintained and easy to exit to the water

About Puerto Plata

Puerto Plata is a seaside city on the Dominican Republic's north coast, with a cable car up Mount Isabel de Torres, a Spanish fort and Victorian houses.

Puerto Plata sits on the Atlantic coast in the shadow of Isabel de Torres, a green mountain topped with a statue of Christ and reached by cable car. In town, the sixteenth-century San Felipe Fortress guards the seafront Malecón, and the old centre keeps wooden Victorian houses painted in bright colours around the central park.
