3. The PetroSA Milnerton Refinery in Cape Town is a key facility in South Africa's oil and gas industry. Located along the coast, it processes crude oil into refined products like gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. The beach is popular for kite surfing, windsurfing, and beach walks, thanks to its consistent winds and wide sandy shores.The name "Bloubergstrand" comes from Afrikaans, meaning "Blue Mountain Beach" "blou" (blue), "berg" (mountain), and "strand" (beach).
