1. You will start the evening being picked up from the Buenos Aires Cruise Port.

2. Then we’ll take you over to the cobbled streets of San Telmo, a historic neighborhood with deep roots in the tango tradition. Arrive at a "conventillo", a historic tenement restored and now used as a restaurant-theater, where La Ventana takes place. For dinner, you’ll be able to choose between a selection of typical national and international dishes. The tango show will begin at 10pm, with music from not only a live tango orchestra, but also an Argentine gaucho band. Onstage, four spectacular couples dance with incredible precision and a whole lot of passion. The show will also give you an insight into gaucho culture through their music as well as a striking demonstration of their boleadoras skills (lasso-type tools used in herding cattle). To bring an unforgettable evening to a close, the performers at La Ventana sing a touching tribute to Eva Perón.

MAIN DISH: Traditional chorizo steak (350 grs.) grilled with chimichurri/ Veal Milanese with mozzarella and tomato concase/ Baked pork bondiola with herbs/ Grilled field chicken with a choice of baked potatoes, sauteed vegetables, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes or squash or American salad/ Grilled day fishing with fresh spinach leaves and capers on mashed potatoes/ Pasta: choice between au gratin souffle gnocchi, mozzarella and ham sorrentines, spinach and ricotta ravioli, egg tagliatelle. DESSERTS: Classic homemade flan/ Warm dulce de leche pancake/ Frosted glass of American cream with berries and crushed meringue/ Pears cooked in Malbec wine with ice cream/ Cupcakes: choice of filling of quince jam or sweet potato/ Cheese and sweet: sweet cheese and sweet potato or quince DRINKS: Beer (free) Water (free) Sodas (free) Wines from Zuccardi winery (½ bottle per person)
