There are many options and experiences to choose from and we are happy to guide you through this so that you decide what is right for your group. There are also some great food experiences to compliment the day of customized Bourbon Distillery Tours. Most days last 6-10 hours based on what experiences and distilleries that you choose. Below are just some of the distilleries located in the Frankfort, Ky area. There are many more in the Bardstown area such as Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, Willett, Bardstown Bourbon Company, Lux Row, Preservation Distillery, Limestone Branch, and Maker's Mark.

7. Located near the beautiful horse farms in Versailles, Ky, Woodford Reserve Distillery is definitely worth the stop. They offer tours and tasting experiences. There is also a cocktail bar and they sometimes have special bottles that are only available at the distillery.

8. Glenn's Creek Distillery is one mile past Castle and Key. They operate in the former Old Crow Distillery. It's a smaller operation and a great stop for true bourbon lovers. They offer tours/tastings or just a quick tasting in the shop and can purchase bourbon that is only available at the distillery. It is a great stop for sure.

9. Four Roses Distillery offers tours and tastings. They have a great visitor center, shop, and bar. They have very good allocations available in the shop.

10. Jeptha Creed Distillery is owned by 2 women, a mother and daughter. It's a smaller distillery and has a great bar and game area. Great place to hang out, have a cocktail, play games, or just relax in a rocking chair.

11. Bulleit Distilling offers tours and tastings. They have a very nice shop and cocktail bar.

About Louisville
