After the visit to villa Melzi, by a ten minutes ferry boat trip to cross the lake, you will figure out Villa Carlotta where you will also have a guided tour to see the garden and the rooms of the villa with their vintage original furniture, you will be guided by a professional tour leader speaking your language. Please take note that the entrance tickets to all villas and ferry boat transfers are not included in the price of the guided tour and all tickets must be paid at local cash desks. About Lake Como

Lake Como is a deep, Y-shaped lake in Lombardy, ringed by steep green mountains, pastel villages, ornate villas and terraced gardens.

Lake Como is shaped like an upside-down Y, with three arms that meet near Bellagio. At more than 400 metres deep, it is one of the deepest lakes in Europe, held between steep wooded slopes that rise towards the Alps. Villages with painted houses and small harbours stand along the water, and a network of ferries links them, making a boat the best way to see the shoreline.
