Learn to make ravioli, tagliatelle and a delicious dessert at an enchanting location with magnificent views over the lake and mountains. Break the ice and sit together around a large table and practice some Italian with your local chef that will guide you through every step and teach you new cooking techniques. Inhibitions fall away when engaged in chopping or rolling pasta dough – a great way to get conversation flowing.
