The city is home to countless tales of murder, bloody betrayal & jealous lovers driven to madness & misdeeds. Brandishing a trusty lantern to light the way, our brave guide will take you on a journey to discover the ghostly side of Amsterdam as we hear tales full of darkness & treachery. On this fun tour, we will share some of the history of Amsterdam, along with spookier stories from the city. Whilst the focus of this tour is very much on fun, our guide will share some of the darker tales of the city, which may be less appropriate for younger people. The city looks magical at night, with bridges lit up & sparkling reflections. Who knows who or what we may discover as we explore the darkest depths of the city together? Our guide will meet you outside the Nieuwe Kerk.
The Royal palace is used by the Royal House as a reception palace and is used for exhibitions.
Hear terrible stories of public executions and torture on the Nieuwmarkt in front of the city gate.
We walk alongside the red light district, the infamous neighbourhood in Amsterdam.
Look at the Zuiderkerk and hear the stories about the graveyard that was there until very recently .
