Itinerario
Forty-five minutes from Baños de Agua Santa we make the first stop at this beautiful viewpoint where we can observe the change in vegetation and climate, as we make the transition from the mountains to the Amazon, it is a short stop where you can take photographs or in turn use the toilets
In this place we will take a walk of approximately thirty-five minutes where we will learn about the flora and fauna of this place, we will also try some medicinal plants and we will also make a facial mask with clay or natural mud and then reach the waterfall where you can enjoy of a relaxing bath in the waterfall
In this activity we navigate the waters of the PUYO River in small canoes where you can observe the vegetation that covers the banks of the Amazon rivers.
In this place we make a small bed to go up to the viewpoint where you can see part of the Amazon and we can also make a giant swing called Tarzan's vine.
Visit to the Quichua community where we will learn a little about the culture and tradition of the indigenous communities of the area and you can also buy souvenirs such as crafts made by indigenous women. On this tour we also visit a small cocoa cultivation farm where we will observe the fruit and also do an artisanal chocolate making process. After noon we will enjoy a delicious lunch in which there is the option to choose between a variety of meat, vegetarian chicken

About Baños
Baños, in the Ecuadorian Andes, is a small town in a green valley under the Tungurahua volcano, known for hot springs and waterfalls.
Baños de Agua Santa lies at about 1,800 metres, where the Andes drop towards the Amazon basin, on the Pastaza River in Tungurahua province. The town grew around its thermal baths, fed by volcanic springs, and around the Basilica of the Virgin of the Holy Water, a pilgrimage church of dark stone. Tungurahua volcano rises above the rooftops.
