1Underwhelming experience
I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but I feel I need to be honest, especially given the price of this experience and the other tours we’ve done in Moorea for less money. Unfortunately, this tour was simply lackluster. We’ve had other experiences in Moorea that were much more enjoyable and where the guides went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. That level of care just wasn’t present here. I certainly can’t fault the operator for the rain we experienced—that’s completely out of anyone’s control. What was disappointing, however, was the lack of attention to our comfort. There were no towels, coverings, or other accommodations provided despite the weather, and it felt as though minimal effort was put into making the overall experience enjoyable. The difference was especially noticeable compared with a recent day tour we took, where the guides were incredibly attentive and clearly invested in making sure their guests had a great experience. Bottom line, I left feeling that this tour was not worth the price. Based on our experience, I would not recommend it and would encourage travelers to consider other options in Moorea.

5Tour guide was friendly,...
Tour guide was friendly, professional, and did a great job providing an amazing experience to guests and explaining the moorean history of the mountains. Sunset was beautiful, the tour guide offered to take images of guests with the sunset. Plenty of seating on the boat for everyone to enjoy. Cocktails were also amazing!
5Capt. Sebastian rocks!
Beautiful. We saw whales right next to the boat. Incredible experience and value for money. Capt Sebastian was great!
5Captain Sebastian is the Man!
Sebastian was a great captain so kind and Made a great mai tai! We loved the tour and the history of the bays. He was very Informative and we will never forget the trip! Thank you captain Sebastian! Cheers to You!
5Beautiful Moorea views, kind crew, great sailing in both the bays and open sea.
We had a wonderful time with Voila Moorea. Even though the weather was cloudy at first, it cleared up during the tour, and we were able to see so many beautiful and diverse views of Moorea. The explanations on board were very interesting, and the view from the boat was amazing. We enjoyed both the calm sailing in the bays and the more open sailing outside the reef. Doris was very kind and welcoming, and Luca was a wonderful and skilled sailor. Thanks to the Voila Moorea team, this became one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to French Polynesia. Highly recommended!
