Cook like a Bajan cooking class

Even if you are on island for the day or a few weeks, this class will make you feel like a local as you learn how to cook an authentic local dish in a cosy kitchen setting while being given all the inside scoop re spices, seasonings, special preparation to ensure you can replicate the dish once back home.

Meeting point

We have two class locations. One is a home kitchen for groups of up to three persons and the second is a larger industrial space for groups of four and above. Both locations are in Christ Church, Barbados. Please note class location may be allocated on availability and not only group size.

Pickup

Everyone meets at the starting point; there is no pickup.

• Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
• Must wear enclosed shoes

• Covered legs ( so trousers/jeans/long skirts)
• Jewellery to be removed or covered.
• Must be willing to wear provided hair net or coverings.
• Must be willing to wear provided gloves
• Persons with severe mobility restrictions or who have difficulty climbing stairs
