Highlights
You will be visiting 3 of the remarkable caves here on the Island together with a Native or Local tour guide. We will pick you up at the ship's port or your hotel or apartment. Transportation from and to your accommodation is covered. The caves are located on the North side of the Island. One at the entrance of Santa Barbara and one just down the road at Hill Top; we will stop at the second Cave. This area is rich in caves. The first Cave we will be visiting has a ladder you must climb to get into Cave. When you are in the Cave, there will be bats and many unique rocks. When you are in the Cave, you will see a lot of types of limestones, as you can see in the pictures, and some of the rocks look like they have gliders on them because when you shine your light or flashlight on them, they start glowing. If you like cliff jumping, we will be visiting a small and low cliff jumping after the cave tour. It is enjoyable!!!! :) The ridge is not high at all, and everyone can jump from it.

2Disappointed
Group of four visited the three caves in Bonaire, each one touting different features. Two of us are in our 30’s and two in our 60’s. All in excellent physical shape. Tour and cave entrances were far more physically demanding than advertised. Needed both upper and lower body strength. One cave was over 100 degrees and stifling but had interesting stalagmites and tites. Another had bat quano everywhere- dont touch anything. Last cave had water at bottom of 35’ drop where you basically belayed down and pulled yourself up on a rope. Not a tour I would recommend.
5Amazing experience
When we went to Bonaire we decided to go with a guide to the caves. It was an amazing experience and the caves were beautiful! The guide was really friendly and funny. We had a great time. We really recommend it!
1Operator cancelled and refused to provide a refund.
Booked the day before populating the information requested—including the resort staying in and detailing that we have a car and can drive to meet up location of caving excursion. We did not receive a text, email, or call with these details after booking so 30 minutes before the 8:30a excursion time, I looked up the excursion on Google and called their number and asked these same questions. The operator said they cancelled the excursion for the day as my reservation was made only the prior day and they did not have a tour guide that day, but offered to reschedule for another day, which we could not do. They said they were unable to provide a refund, but could only reschedule to another day and told me it was my fault for not rescheduling for another day. I then had to reach out to Trip Adviser / Aviator to explain this detail and request a refund. Very Poor Customer Service and Experience to those who are the lifeblood of companies like this!
5Five star cave tour!
Fantastic cave tour! Three caves, each with something different to offer. And Janise literally guided our every step along the way. Reassuring for even a timid climber. Highly recommend!!!
5Amazing cave adventure with Renny
We had an excellent cave tour with our guide Remy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience both fun and informative. The caves were fascinating, and we learned a lot about Bonaire. One of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!
5Great caving adventure!
We had a great cave adventure with Janise as our guide. We explored 3 different caves all with their own unique challenges. Janise did a great job guiding us thru the caves. While it is a bit challenging, it’s worth it! We are 60 & 61 and in great shape, which is helpful for the bit of cave, rock climbing to get in/out. The tour is a must if you’re on the island looking for a bit of adventure outside of diving. Tips: be well hydrated, wear shoes with good traction and be ready to sweat!

About Kralendijk
Kralendijk is the small capital of Bonaire, a Dutch Caribbean island, with pastel waterfront buildings and coral reef a few strokes from the shore.
Kralendijk lies on the sheltered western coast of Bonaire, a flat, dry island off the coast of Venezuela that belongs to the Netherlands. Pastel-coloured buildings line the waterfront, and Fort Oranje stands at the harbour. Just offshore lies the uninhabited islet of Klein Bonaire, and the reef around both is protected as a marine park, set up in 1979, which has made the island a centre of shore diving.
Top-ranked sights in Kralendijk: Bonaire National Marine Park, Klein Bonaire, Seru Largu Lookout.
