5Awesome Rafting Trip
We had a blast with Amigos Del Rio Rafting Tours! Juan Carlos and Jason were awesome guides and very knowledgeable about the river! We stopped in a small village and got some delicious food prior to hitting the water! Juan Carlos was a great leader and did well with providing instructions during his safety briefing. Once we hit the water there was nonstop fun and beautiful scenery. The rapids were constant, fun, and at points challenging. The break along the river to check out the waterfall was nice, with excellent snacks! Then after rafting the lunch that was provided was amazing! We truly had a wonderful time on this trip!

5A great experience on the water with friends
Had a great experience with Juan Carlos, Elmer, Juan, and Superhero in training Leandro. The guides took great care of us and made sure everyone had a great time regardless of their experience level. The guides were funny and knowledgeable and built in fun stops for us along the way. The homemade meal at the end was very tasty. We would highly recommend booking your trip with Amigos del Rio.
5Fantastic Adventure!
This was my first white water rafting trip and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Kenneth, Jason and Pinton were fantastic guides. They were knowledgeable, funny and informative, and their priority on safety made me extremely comfortable. The ride down the river was exhilarating. I greatly enjoyed the waterfall stop and delicious lunch at the home base as well. This an experience not to be missed and was the highlight of my Manuel Antonio adventures. Kudos to the Amigos del Rio team!
5Perfect day on the river
I joined a trip to the River Savegre. I was the only German. My co-rafters came mostly from the US. It was interesting how other cultures behave on such a trip. It was approx. an hour drive to the river, partly on a dirt road. There was one stop and you never was forced to buy a drink or a snack, in contrast one of the guide showed me unasked the plants in the garden. The drive was every interesting, because another guide told us a lot of interesting things about work in the coconut plantations. The trip on the river was cool, because we had a high water level and it was guided safe by experienced guides and a safety boater who know what they are doing and what is fun for the customers adapted to their age. So it was a perfect day on a river. Within a week they provided me the photos via mail and as bonus they sent beautiful wildlife photos which the photographer has done during earlier trips
5Costa Rica Best White Water Tours
Awesome white water rafting experience!! Best river guides ever Moises, Juan Carlos, Brian, Humberto and Don Juan on the Camera. This is the best experience ever would not take a Costa Rica river ride in the future without these guides. #PURAVIDA#AdelanteSiempre
Quepos is a small Pacific port in Costa Rica beside Manuel Antonio National Park, with rainforest, white beaches and sport-fishing boats.
Quepos sits on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, a fishing town and former banana port now surrounded by oil palm plantations and forested hills. Its marina brings in boats chasing sailfish and marlin, and a small main street has shops, simple restaurants and a stretch of seafront. The town is the base for the nearby national park, a few kilometres away along a hilly road.
Top-ranked sights in Quepos: Rainmaker Park.
